Terms & Conditions
The following terms govern your use of this website, Coastline Water Carriers Ltd (the “Site”). By accessing this Site you (the “Customer”) are deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms then you may not access or use this Site.
1. Price and Payment
Payment terms is strictly payment prior to delivery. We will not deliver water if we have not received payment. All prices displayed include GST, and are in New Zealand Dollars.
2. Refunds
If in the event a customer wishes to cancel their order, the Site will immediately upon request issue a refund of the full purchase less a $10 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to scheduled booking date. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the booking date, the Site will refund the full purchase amount less a $50 cancellation fee, or hold the full amount as a credit for future water delivery, which must be used within six months of the original booking date. If upon arrival at the customers property, it is found they have already received a prior delivery and do not require the goods, the Site will charge a $100 non delivery fee. If you’d like to cancel your order, please email your cancellation request to orders@coastlinewater.co.nz. Please put in the subject line of the email “Cancellation Request” and the invoice number.
3. Delivery Time
Any time or date or date given by the Site to the Customer is an estimate only. The Customer must still accept delivery of the goods even if late and the Site will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of the delivery being late.
4. Access
The Customer shall ensure the Site has clear and free access to the delivery site at all times to enable them to deliver the goods. The Site shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Customer’s property (including, without limitation, damage to driveways and concreted or paved or grassed areas or bridges or septic systems) unless due to the negligence of the Site. The Customer must inform the Site in writing if they have a septic system located in the area where the truck is expected to operate. All pets must be suitably restrained during all times the Site is at the Customers Property. The Site will not be responsible for any Animals that escape from the Customers Property. All pricing is based on the Site being able to access the customers water tanks within a reasonable distance (50m) from the Sites Tanker. If the customers site is particularly difficult to access the site may charge an additional fee for any hoses required over the standard 50m length. The fee for this will be a flat $50 fee per time.
5. Risk
Goods supplied are sourced solely from registered drinking-water suppliers which comply with the current DWSNZ. The Customer accepts and acknowledges that the goods may have a noticeable smell or taste due to the treatment process. The Site sources it’s water from multiple providers some of which may include Town Supply or treated Bore Water. It is up to the customer to specify if they have a particular preference, otherwise the Site, will deliver from its default supply.
6. Intellectual Property
This Site is owned and operated by Coastline Water Carriers Ltd. No material from this Site may be reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in anyway, without the prior written permission of Coastline Water Carriers Ltd. All Site materials (including without limitation all graphics, design, text, images, logos) and the selection and arrangement thereof are copyright Coastline Water Carriers Ltd.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Information on this Site is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While every effort has been made to provide the most accurate information available we advise that information on this Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Coastline Water Carriers Ltd may at any time and without notice make improvements and/or changes in this information. To the fullest extent possible and subject to applicable law, Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, disclaims all warranties, express or implied as to the material and information on this Site and the operation of this Site. Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, does not warrant that the functions contained in this Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that this Site or the server that makes it available is free of any virus or other harmful elements. Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, will not be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of or inability to use, or reliance on any information contained on, or accessed through this Site, including without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if Coastline Water Carriers Ltd is expressly advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. If for any reason Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, is responsible for any damage or harm arising out of your use of this Site, in no event shall Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the sum of NZ$100.

9. Modification
Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, reserves the right to amend these terms at its discretion at any time. Any change will be posted on this Site and will apply as from the date such amended terms are posted on this Site.
10. Online Orders
Any online sales of goods and/or services by Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, are made subject to Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, standard terms and conditions of sale at the time of sale. All prices quoted on this Site are in New Zealand Dollars. Final billing amount will be in New Zealand Dollars.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms of use shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
12. Currency
All pricing and final billing is processed in New Zealand Dollars.
13. Credit Card Security
Our website uses SSL, does not store credit card details, and all payments are handled by Stripe, a secure, PCI compliant, third party service.

Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, uses cookies. Cookies allow Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, to remember you.
15. Payment Methods
We accept Mastercard and Visa, Along with debit cards. Direct Credit to Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, BNZ bank account is also accepted. These details can be found at the bottom of your invoice, or your order confirmation email.
16. Secure Shopping
At Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, we understand your concern about online security. Your online order is secure with Coastline Water Carriers Ltd, because we have partnered with Stripe as our online commerce provider. Stripe use their own Secure Sales Server technology (S3) on every credit card transaction that we process. Your credit card and personal information are encrypted and sent securely to their servers for processing. If you opt to store your credit card information, this information is stored with Stripe and not on the Coastline Water Carriers website.
